The Extraction Lounge Book an Appointment

Legal

Privacy Policy

This policy describes what happens to the information you send us through extractionlounge.com. It describes the website only; anything you share during an appointment is handled under our client records practices.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive:

  • your name;
  • your email address and/or phone number;
  • the service you said you were interested in;
  • your preferred contact method;
  • anything you wrote in the message field;
  • the date and time of your submission;
  • your consent choices, recorded separately (see below).

We do not ask for payment details, identification documents or health records through this website.

Two separate permissions

Submitting the contact form permits us to reply to you about that inquiry. It does not sign you up for marketing.

Marketing contact is a separate, optional tick box that is unticked by default. If you leave it unticked you will still get your reply, and you will not be added to any marketing list. If you tick it, you can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

How we use it

To respond to you, to arrange and manage appointments, and to keep a record of the inquiry and the permissions you gave. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our own customer records system on our hosting provider's infrastructure, kept separate from every other business that shares that platform.

Analytics and measurement

No analytics or advertising trackers are currently active on this site. If that changes, this section will be updated before they are switched on.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your marketing consent. Email info@extractionlounge.com and we'll take care of it.

Requires owner review before launch This policy describes what the website actually does, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before publishing, confirm with your own adviser: the legal entity name and registered address of the data controller; how long inquiry records are retained and what triggers deletion; which privacy laws apply to you and your clients (for example state privacy laws, or GDPR/UK GDPR if you serve anyone in those regions); the named third-party processors you use; and whether you need a cookie consent banner for the analytics tools you switch on.
