You're welcome to browse, read and send us an inquiry. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent inquiries, or use anything here to impersonate us.

Information on this site

We describe our services as accurately as we can, but this site is general information, not a treatment plan. What is appropriate for your skin is decided in consultation, and we may recommend something different from what you had in mind — or recommend you see a physician first.

Not medical advice

Our services are cosmetic skincare treatments. Nothing on this site diagnoses a condition, prescribes treatment, or replaces care from a qualified medical professional. If you have a skin concern that worries you, please speak to a physician or dermatologist.

Results

Skin responds differently from person to person. We don't guarantee any particular result, and anything shown on this site reflects one individual's experience rather than a promise about yours.

Bookings and appointments

Submitting the contact form is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment is confirmed when we confirm it with you. Changes and cancellations are covered by our Cancellation Policy.

Our content

The Extraction Lounge name, logo, text and images on this site belong to us. Please don't reuse them without asking.

Links out

Where we link to another service — an online scheduler, for example — that service has its own terms and privacy policy, and we don't control them.

Requires owner review before launch These are structural terms written to match how the site behaves, and they have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before publishing, confirm with your own adviser: the legal entity these terms are made with; the governing law and venue; any limitation of liability and whether it is enforceable where you operate; whether your state requires specific disclosures or licence information for the services you offer; and whether any treatment requires its own written consent form.
